It is important for us to listen to your views about the service we offer, so the practice ran a satisfaction survey in Autumn 2018. The results of this helped to define some of our annual service improvement projects. Based on the 2018 survey results we:
1) Are investigating a new telephone system to help patients contact the surgery.
2) We continue to promote the Patient Online Services that enable patients to book appointments, check blood test results and order repeat prescriptions.
2) Regarding patient privacy in reception – we have moved the Auto-Check-In screen away from the reception desk and request that patients wait at the far side of reception. We have also put up posters to promote the fact that patients can speak to someone in a private area.
We continue to respond to suggestions in our Suggestion Box within the surgery and from the Friends and Family survey responses. The next survey that Priory View will conduct will be in Autumn 2019.
