Non-urgent advice: Patient Notice

We have offered Covid boosters to as many of our eligible patients as possible and will not be receiving any more vaccines until the Autumn booster campaign starts later in the year.

Walk-in clinics for any patients yet to receive their Spring Booster are still running throughout Leeds or appointments can be made by calling the national Booking System on 119.

Out of Hours and Emergencies

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Non-urgent advice: Try the NHS App

If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use Patient Access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

Online services allow you to:

  • book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional 
  • order repeat prescriptions
  • see parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations and test results
  • see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals
