Patient Satisfaction Survey

Quote / Testimonial:
We asked our patients that visited the practice between 25th and 30th July 2022 for their feedback on the service they received. We asked 650 patients for feedback and 122 responded. We were particularly interested to understand how our patients were accessing the various online services that are available.

You can see the full results by Clicking Here and based on the 2022 survey we:

  • Will look to introduce “Online Champions” within our reception team to highlight the services available to patients and offer help.
  • Will highlight the online services throughout the surgery with colourful notices and easy to read information and guides for all our patients to access.
  • Will arrange IT Awareness stands in our waiting areas at key busy times (example, flu season) to help promote the services.
  • Will consult with our Patient Participation Group for further ideas to help patients access online services should they wish to.

We hope that by having more patients who can access and are comfortable using online services will enable us to free up the telephone lines for patients that prefer to call. We hope you find the introduction of these changes helpful.

Patient Survey – Completed 2018

It is important for us to listen to your views about the service we offer, so the practice ran a satisfaction survey in Autumn 2018. The results of this helped to define some of our annual service improvement projects. Based on the 2018 survey results we:

  • Are investigating a new telephone system to help patients contact the surgery.
  • We continue to promote the Patient Online Services that enable patients to book appointments, check blood test results and order repeat prescriptions.
  • Regarding patient privacy in reception – we have moved the Auto-Check-In screen away from the reception desk and request that patients wait at the far side of reception. We have also put up posters to promote the fact that patients can speak to someone in a private area.
